Lejla forged her career in the beauty industry in Australia where she worked with leading brands in roles ranging from global education to product development. In 2007, she moved to the United States to continue working with global brands while offering intuitive skincare and makeup services to private clients.
In these interactions, she recognized a need for effective, luxurious, and spiritually healing skincare products, which led to the founding of KNESKO in 2012. From conception to completion, every KNESKO product is overseen by Lejla alongside a team of board-certified dermatologists and cosmetic chemists.
Throughout the development process, Lejla utilizes her intuition, hands-on-skin experience, and expertise as a veteran product formulator to create results-driven, premium face and body care treatments.

Spa-Vetted Luxury
KNESKO’s signature masks—which are infused with gold, amethyst, diamonds, and other gemstones—were one of the earliest entries in the market and remain some of the most coveted and popular in the industry. In the brand’s founding year, the spa director of The Four Seasons Beverly Wilshire called Lejla directly to integrate KNESKO’s masks into their premium spa services.
Today, top estheticians, salon owners, and makeup artists across the globe rely on KNESKO to create a lavish experience and remarkable results for their clientele. In fact, the masks and serums are used in treatment rooms in over a thousand 5-star spas, high-end resorts, and luxury retailers worldwide.
Reiki Charged Skincare
Lejla was introduced to Reiki as a young woman and began practicing to help find balance and grounding in daily life. Now a Reiki Master for the last two decades, Lejla sees KNESKO as an extension of her spiritual practice.
Every product harnesses the power of precious gemstones and minerals to balance chakras and rejuvenate skin. Lejla also charges each product with loving, healing and balancing Reiki energy.

At her Los Angeles home, Lejla cherishes her time with her husband, daughters, and their dog Jade (like the gemstone). She spends time in nature whenever possible and finds balance by centering spirituality and self-care, which mirrors her intention for everyone who uses Knesko Skin.
