Shipping FAQs

Do you do international shipments?

Yes, we do to most countries. Please add your products to the cart and check out. Once you've entered your shipping address all shipping options will be displayed with their associated costs.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we ship worldwide with a few exceptions. If we do not ship to your country, shipping options will not appear on the list. Contact us for more information.

How much is the shipping fee?

USPS Standard shipping for orders $70 or more is free of charge. If a faster shipping is needed, choose a faster option via UPS and the cost will be based on size and weight.

When will my order ship?

Your order will generally ship within two business days. It may take up to four business days to ship during the holidays.

How do I track my order?

Log into your KNESKO account to see all of your order's tracking information. 

KNESKO Return and Exchange Policy

All returns and exchanges are subject to a 30-day return and exchange policy upon receipt of an online order, subject to the following terms and conditions:

  • We accept returns even if you are unhappy and have used the product. It's our 100% satisfaction guarantee within 30 days.
  • Items purchased as part of a set or a multi-item pack must be returned as a whole set.
  • This return policy does not apply to items, which have been stated as non-exchangeable or non-returnable.
  • Shipping costs associated with the return of the product will not be covered by KNESKO
  • Returns are refunded back to your card.
