California Notice of Financial Incentive — KNESKO Rewards
KNESKO offers a voluntary loyalty and rewards program, KNESKO Rewards (the “Program”), that may be considered a “financial incentive” under the CCPA. This Notice describes the Program’s material terms as required by the CCPA. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meaning given elsewhere in this Policy.
1. Summary of the financial incentive. KNESKO Rewards lets you earn points and tier benefits that can be redeemed for discounts and other rewards. You earn points on qualifying purchases and through other activities (such as creating an account, referrals, reviews, and birthday and anniversary rewards). The full Program terms appear in Section 17 of our Terms & Conditions.
2. Categories of personal information involved. To operate the Program we collect and use: identifiers (such as your name, email address, and account ID); customer records and contact information; commercial information (purchase and redemption history and tier status); your birthday, if you choose to provide it; referral and review activity; SMS opt-in status; and internet, network, or device activity related to your participation. We use this information to administer the Program, calculate points and tiers, deliver rewards, prevent fraud, and improve the Program.
3. How to opt in. Participation is voluntary. You opt in by creating a KNESKO account and enrolling in KNESKO Rewards.
4. How to withdraw. You may withdraw from the Program at any time by unenrolling in your KNESKO account settings or by contacting us at privacy@kneskoskin.com. If you withdraw, you will stop earning and redeeming points, and any unused points may be forfeited as described in the Program terms, subject to applicable law. Withdrawing from the Program does not otherwise affect your KNESKO account or your other privacy rights.
5. Value of your data and our method. KNESKO does not pay you for your personal information; any difference in price or service you receive through the Program is the reward itself. Using the expense (cost) method, KNESKO estimates the value of the personal information provided in connection with the Program as reasonably equal to the cost of the rewards we provide. That cost is approximately 5% of a member’s eligible purchases at the entry (Member) tier, rising to 10% at the highest (Muse) tier, plus up to approximately $32.50 in one-time bonus rewards for enrollment-related activities and approximately $6.00 per year in recurring birthday and anniversary rewards. We calculate this estimate based on the points and rewards issued under the Program valued at their redemption rate (20 points = US$1.00).
6. Reasonable relationship. The value of the Program’s benefits is reasonably related to the value of the data you provide, because the rewards are provided in connection with your purchase and engagement activity, which gives KNESKO retention and customer-relationship value of a comparable order of magnitude.
Disclaimer / Limitation of Liability
All KNESKO products and services are intended for cosmetic and relaxation purposes only and are not substitutes for professional medical advice or treatment. We make no health claims, and your use of our website and products is at your own risk.
- Digital Content, including meditation or wellness recordings, is provided “AS IS” for cosmetic and relaxation purposes only. It is not intended as a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. KNESKO makes no health or therapeutic claims and disclaims all implied warranties related to Digital Content.
Opt-Out & Unsubscribe

No-Call and Opt-Out
We honour the Texas no-call rules and promptly process opt-out requests. You may opt out of marketing texts at any
time by replying STOP; we will confirm your request and cease further marketing texts to that
number. Transactional or service messages (e.g., order or shipping confirmations) may still be sent.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in our practices or for legal, operational, or regulatory reasons. We will post the revised Policy with an “Effective Date” below and, where required, seek your consent to material changes.
