Yes, they are. However, please consult with your doctor before use.

No. We recommend using our masks when no rash is present.

Daily to a minimum of once a week.
How often should I use a KNESKO mask?
We recommend at least once a week and as much as every other day.

Are KNESKO masks and serums vegan?
They’re not vegan. While we are cruelty-free, our formulas contain non-plant-based marine collagen.
What is GemClinical® Technology, and how does it benefit my skin?

Should I refrigerate my masks before use?
While it's not necessary, you certainly can! Storing your masks in ice or the refrigerator boosts the refreshing de-puffing effects, particularly for eye masks.

Payments
Can I pay in cash?
Unfortunately, we do not accept cash. However, we do accept all major credit and debit cards.
Do you accept Paypal payments?
Unfortunately, we do not accept Paypal at this time.
Which currencies can I pay in?
All of our pricing is in US Dollar (USD).
Shipping
Do you do international shipments?
Yes we do to most countries. Please add your products to the cart and check out. Once you've entered your shipping address all shipping options will be displayed with their associated costs.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship worldwide with a few exceptions. If we do not ship to your country, shipping options will not appear on the list. Contact us for more information.
How much is the shipping fee?
USPS Standard shipping for orders $65 or more is free of charge. If faster shipping is needed, choose a faster option via UPS and the cost will be based on size and weight.
When will my order ship?
Your order will generally ship within 2 business days. It may take up to 4 business days to ship during the holidays.
