Originally from Bergamo, Italy, and now based in Colorado with her husband and two daughters, Elisa draws inspiration from both her European roots and her love for purposeful travel. KNESKO: What inspired you to start Yogando?
Elisa Magni: Yogando was born from a desire to create more than just retreats. I wanted to design journeys that nourish the body, mind, and spirit while celebrating beauty, culture, and connection. Over the years, I’ve had the honor to partner with premium wellness brands, hotels, and thought-leaders. From Italy to Costa Rica to Malibu, I bring communities together through curated, high-impact moments of self-discovery.
What’s a hurdle you’ve overcome as a wellness entrepreneur?
One of the biggest hurdles I faced was learning to trust my unique vision and voice in a crowded wellness industry. Early on, it was challenging to stand out and stay true to my authentic approach. I moved past it by embracing patience, staying committed to my values, and surrounding myself with a supportive community that believed in my mission. This helped me grow stronger, more confident, and ultimately build a brand that truly reflects who I am.
What’s your first memory with KNESKO?
I first discovered KNESKO through my dear friend and business partner, Brooke Burke. We featured KNESKO masks in our retreat goodie bags and incorporated them into our guided meditations, creating a truly elevated and soulful moment for our guests. One of the most powerful experiences was during a yoga and meditation class led by Brooke, while Lejla performed Reiki and energy healing on each guest. It was unforgettable—the perfect blend of intention, ritual, and beauty.

What’s your approach to skincare?
My approach to skincare has evolved from being results-driven to being ritual-driven. In my younger years, it was all about quick fixes and surface-level results. Now, I view skincare as a sacred daily ritual—an extension of my wellness practice. I focus on high-vibrational products that not only nourish my skin but also support my energy and emotional well-being. Brands like KNESKO have helped me shift into this more intentional space.
Along with daily skincare, what treatments do you enjoy?
Honestly, I don’t do much beyond my daily skincare rituals because I truly believe less is more. I focus on quality, intentional products and consistent self-care rather than frequent treatments. For me, simplicity and mindfulness are key to maintaining healthy, radiant skin throughout the year.
What practices guide your wellness journey?
I believe in the power of ancient rituals rather than chasing the next big trend. What truly excites me is seeing a return to natural, time-honored skincare practices that use pure ingredients from nature. Enhancing beauty with gentleness and deep respect for the environment feels not only more sustainable but also more aligned with true wellness and self-care.
Do you have a favorite gemstone that you feel connected to?
Yes, my favorite gemstone is rose quartz. It represents love, compassion, and healing, and I feel deeply connected to its energy. In my daily life, I use rose quartz through tools like the KNESKO gua sha during my skincare rituals, which not only enhances my skin but also brings a calming, heart-opening energy. It reminds me to approach myself and others with kindness and self-love, helping me stay grounded and balanced throughout the day.
How do you find balance in your life?
I find balance by staying deeply connected to my daily rituals that nourish my mind, body, and soul—whether that’s through movement like yoga, meditation, or simply spending quality time with my family. Prioritizing moments of stillness and intention helps me reset and stay centered, even amid a busy schedule. Embracing energy healing and mindful practices also supports my overall well-being, reminding me to honor both rest and action with equal grace.
What’s an affirmation that grounds you?
My go-to affirmation is: “I am grounded, radiant, and open to receiving all the good life offers.” I use this to center myself, boost confidence, and stay aligned with my intentions, especially during busy or challenging moments. It’s a simple reminder to trust the process and embrace my own power with grace.
What’s next for you and Yogando?
Next for Yogando is expanding our global wellness retreats and bespoke experiences, deepening our collaborations with visionary leaders and luxury brands who share our passion for authentic transformation.
We plan to continue growing by innovating immersive, soul-centered events that blend movement, mindfulness, and connection—always rooted in intention and delivered with heart. Our goal is to inspire more people to embrace wellness as a holistic lifestyle and create lasting impact in every community we touch.
