Withdrawal form
This page explains how eligible EU consumers may withdraw from a Knesko.com purchase and submit a withdrawal request.
You do not need to give a reason. You do not need to create or log into a KNESKO account to submit a withdrawal request.
You may use the online withdrawal form on this page, the model withdrawal form below, or any other clear statement telling us that you wish to withdraw from the contract.
YOUR 14-DAY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
If you are an EU consumer, you have the right to withdraw from an eligible distance purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
For goods delivered in one shipment, the withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you other than the carrier, receives the goods.
For an order containing multiple goods delivered separately, the withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you other than the carrier, receives the last good.
For goods delivered in multiple lots or pieces, the withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you other than the carrier, receives the last lot or piece.
For regular delivery of goods during a defined period, the withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you other than the carrier, receives the first good.
You may also withdraw before you receive the goods. The deadline is met if you send your withdrawal notice before the withdrawal period expires.
HOW TO EXERCISE YOUR RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by a clear statement.
You may do this by:
1. using the online withdrawal form on this page;
2. emailing returns@kneskoskin.com; or
3. sending the model withdrawal form or another clear written statement to the trader details listed above.
Please include enough information for us to identify your order, such as your name, email address, order number, and the product or products you wish to withdraw from. If you cannot locate your order number, you may still submit your withdrawal request using your name, email address, and other order-identifying details.
Use of the model withdrawal form is not required. Any clear statement that you wish to withdraw from the contract is sufficient if sent before the withdrawal period expires.
If the online form asks for a reason, the reason field is optional.

After submission, we will send you an acknowledgement of receipt by email without undue delay. This confirms that we received your withdrawal request. It does not limit your statutory rights, and it does not prevent us from reviewing product-specific eligibility, including whether a statutory exception applies.
SEALED HYGIENE PRODUCTS
Some KNESKO products are formulated for direct skin contact. For health and hygiene reasons, sealed goods that are not suitable for return cannot be returned under the statutory right of withdrawal once the product-level hygiene seal has been opened after delivery.
A “product-level hygiene seal” means a protective or tamper-evident seal applied to the product itself or to the immediate product container, such as a sealed sachet, foil seal, safety seal, protective inner wrap, or similar hygiene barrier. The shipping box alone is not a product-level hygiene seal.
To preserve your statutory withdrawal right for sealed hygiene products, do not open, unseal, use, test, or apply the product unless you are prepared to keep it.
This hygiene exception does not affect your statutory rights for defective, damaged, incorrect, incomplete, or non-conforming products. It also does not reduce any separate KNESKO commercial return, exchange, or satisfaction policy that may apply in addition to your statutory rights.
RETURNING ELIGIBLE GOODS
After you notify us that you wish to withdraw, we will provide return instructions and the correct return address. The return address may be different from the notice address listed above.
Unless we have offered to collect the goods, you must send back eligible goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which you tell us that you wish to withdraw. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 14-day period has expired.
You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods unless:
- we agree to cover the return cost;
- the product is defective, damaged, incorrect, incomplete, or non-conforming; or
- applicable mandatory law requires otherwise.
Products sold as a set, kit, bundle, or multi-item pack must be returned as the complete set, kit, bundle, or pack if you withdraw from that product.
REFUNDS
If you validly withdraw from the contract and the goods are eligible for return, we will reimburse eligible payments received from you for the withdrawn goods.
Where you withdraw from the entire order, this includes the least expensive standard outbound delivery charge offered by us for that order. We do not reimburse supplementary delivery costs if you chose a delivery method more expensive than our least expensive standard delivery option.
Where you withdraw from only part of an order, outbound delivery charges will be reimbursed only to the extent required by applicable mandatory law.
We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw. However, for sales contracts, we may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence that you have sent the goods back, whichever occurs first.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless you expressly agree otherwise. You will not incur any fees from us as a result of the reimbursement.
CONDITION OF RETURNED GOODS
For eligible goods that are not excluded for health or hygiene reasons, you may inspect the goods only to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
You are responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
For sealed hygiene products, opening the product-level hygiene seal after delivery may remove the statutory withdrawal right for that product.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, INCORRECT, OR INCOMPLETE PRODUCTS
If your product arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or otherwise not as described, contact us at support@kneskoskin.com or returns@kneskoskin.com.
These issues are handled separately from the statutory right of withdrawal and are not limited by the sealed-hygiene-product exception.
THIRD-PARTY PURCHASES
This page applies to eligible consumer purchases made through Knesko.com.
If you purchased a KNESKO product from a spa, hotel, retailer, marketplace, distributor, or another third party, please contact the seller from whom you purchased the product. Your statutory rights may need to be exercised against that seller.
BUSINESS, WHOLESALE, AND PROFESSIONAL ORDERS
The statutory consumer right of withdrawal applies to consumers acting outside their trade, business, craft, or profession. It does not apply to B2B, wholesale, professional, spa, distributor, or trade-account purchases unless mandatory law says otherwise.
